rhsbl.ahbl.org timeouts

Anyone having trouble with time-outs from this RBL?

header DNS_FROM_AHBL_RHSBL      eval:check_rbl_from_host('ahbl',
'rhsbl.ahbl.org.')

Were seeing SA timeouts from  rhsbl.ahbl.org at a site in the UK and one in
the states. Other sites seem OK
