Spam actions rules (notify flag)

Thanks Martin,

I'll try this although after looking through the mailscanner.conf file,
the entry in the EXAMPLES file seems to tie in with the
"system notices" section which reports viral infections but seems to not
cater for spam messages ..

I can certainly see how the system notices option can be rules based to
alert an admin based on domain for infections
but I'm not sure it's going to work with spam message notification ..

I'll dig around a bit more.

make the (high) spam action to notify

Then you can overide who gets the notices by using the rule from the
EXAMPLES file.

I think - unless someone would like to correct me.. I guess I'd better
test that...
