There is no rpm compiled specifically for CentOS (RHEL). Maybe another
would, maybe not. I can't tell.

2 choices:
1- manually download & install http://dag.wieers.com/packages/clamav/
2- Use dag's repository using apt, yum or up2date(beware of the
implications). http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/FAQ.php#B. Be
careful, this may update other packages when you do system updates.
