These would be more appropriate imho,

/usr/bin/pyzor --homedir /path/to/.pyzor discover
/usr/bin/razor-admin -conf=/path/to/.razor/razor-agent.conf -discover

Also a line like this in razor-agent.conf helps
razorhome              = /path/to/.razor

And this in spam.assassin.prefs.conf
razor_config /path/to/.razor/razor-agent.conf

/path/to in my case being /etc/mail/spamassassin
