ClamV updates

I went to http://crash.fce.vutbr.cz/yum-repository.html and ran through
the yum directions, to get clamav updated through yum, and it broke my
yum.

**Unmatched Entries**
   WARNING: Your ClamAV installation is OUTDATED!: 1 Time(s)
   DON'T PANIC! Read http://www.clamav.net/faq.html: 1 Time(s)
   WARNING: Current functionality level = 4, recommended = 5: 1 Time(s)

Here is an example error that I get for yum:
[root at WoodenMS ~]# yum list
Setting up Repos
http://crash.fce.vutbr.cz/crash-hat/4/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 4]
IOError: HT
TP Error 404: Not Found
Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: crash-hat
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from crash-hat: [Errno 256] No more mirrors
to try.

Any thoughts on getting it back to the way it was (fixed)?

How do other people update they clamAV easily?
