True enough. However Julian must be an optimist as opposed to pessimist
(The glass is half full not half empty!) :-) . As you know, the structure
of rulesets works on what you want to happen as opposed to not want to
happen, hence no exceptions. It's always 'if this criteria matches then
do this' and 'if it doesn't do something else'. Never 'if the criteria
matches don't do this'.

I am not sure it's a weakness, it just means you have to turn any
negative thoughts in to positive ones! ;-)
