Updated list of Perl Modules?

Hi Julian,

I had up to this point (and prefer to) install my Perl modules via CPAN/BSDPAN
as it just makes it easier to keep track of on FreeBSD.  So, I ended up cat'ing
the install script to find the versions of the Perl modules needed and installed
it that way.  So far, no problems.  When I deploy additional MailScanner boxes,
I might go with the install-from-tarball method instead.
