update Version 4.41.3-1

Hi,

After I´ve updated the version 4.37.7 to 4.41.3-1 the options to block files 
by extensions (.exe, .com, etc) stopped to work. The files 
filename.rules.conf and filetype.rules.conf are Ok.

Anybody knows if there is any problem with this version?
