Error says you need the DBI module Perl-DBI. Either see if it is
included in your distribution or get from CPAN. Perl module for database
access.
See if this makes a difference, because it seems to be keeping
you out of the bayes db. Maybe enough to taint scores?

Maybe run
MailScanner -v
and look for any other problems.
