RPM for milter-ahead

For those of us that want to run milter-ahead but would rather install it
via rpm, I have created the spec, init.d and sysconfig files to be used to
create a rpm. Milter-ahead's license (as I understand it) prevents me from
just redistributing it as a rpm.

At any rate, the needs files and instructions to build the rpm are here:
