MailScanner Syntax Error In Degub Mode.

Did you check that these modules *are* there and uptodate? If so, then 
just run the MailScanner*.rpm

Can you find "IFrame" in your conf? I'm wondering if you just have a typo 
there.

Log ^ÓIFrame Tags = no^Ô
is surely not correct,it should be:

Allow IFrame Tags = no
