MS fails after yum update

then try to install it using CPAN and see what happens... if regular
"install Net::CIDR" doesn't work, try "force install Net::CIDR". If that
doesn't work you might want to "yum remove perl-Net-CIDR" followed by
yum install, or find Net::CIDR on rpmpan...
