What extra would you like? I agree there is confusion, but I'm not sure

just people don't get the hang of the fact that it just provides a 
method for creating the setting of an option dependent on where the 
message is from/to. I don't know why people don't get that bit, to my 
mind it's blindingly simple. I am obviously just not seeing the problem.
