MailScanner::Config::Value question

    [ The following text is in the "ISO-8859-1" character set. ]
    [ Your display is set for the "US-ASCII" character set. ]
    [ Some characters may be displayed incorrectly. ]

In my custom function, is there a way to call something similar to
MailScanner::Config::Value('spamchecks',$message) that can differentiate
between addresses that are whitelisted versus ones that are simply not
in the subscriber list? The above function seems to check both at once.

Thanks,
