Ok, I change the capital "C",
how can I know if the clamav is updated and running??

Look closely... Clamav-wrapper != clamav-wrapper ... *nix is case
sensitive about this:-). Probably happened by accident when you edited
the file. Just go back and change the capital "C" to a common "c" and
you should be fine.
