Good idea, that might be a possibility.  Unfortunately,
I think a lot of these domains are set up by guys
in screwdriver shops who don't know any better, and
probably don't normally communicate beyond their own
very small circle.

If anyone has suggestions to include in a document like
this, shoot them to me.
