There is now also a "Spam Lists To Be Spam" option which says how many
hits you have to get with different dnsbl's before the message is marked
as spam. The behaviour before this option was added is the same as
setting "Spam Lists To Be Spam = 1".
But otherwise your description is correct.

Yes, use the SpamAssassin settings to apply different scores to
different dnsbl's.
