Custom black list question

Opps, ok so renamed and restarted, still no go.....

I thought this should be a simple thing....??

Any other thing i should  look for...

Hi Rob,

 Please note that the filename for a rule sets must end in ".rules" to be 
processed properly by MailScanner.
