New version of msre (MailScanner Ruleset Editor) available: 0.2.1

Hello, 

For anyone interested, I have just updated my MailScanner Ruleset Editor
(msre).  This is a bug fix release, I fixed a few issues that would
cause the rulesets to get messed up w/multiple actions (like "store
notify").
