IE-SpyAd is not a Linux filter for spyware, but is a big list of sites 
to be added to the restricted sites zone in IE. The author has a script 
that will add/remove the said list. You could add the list to the users 
IE via login batch file. You could lock IE down so the users can't 
add/remove sites, using group policy.
