I see the following type of messages in /var/log/maillog

<A> tag found in message j4UA2wNj002975

I found out about this when a friend's email was never reaching me. In that email his signature has a URL. What should I do to receive this email or atleast for MailScanner to bounce back the email to the sender warning him about the error
