MailScanner ANNOUNCE: 4.42.9 released

The following line never gets updated when I use upgrade_MailScanner_conf command

MailScanner Version Number = 4.36.1

I think upgrade utility is missing out in updating the above value. It doesn't hurt the working of MailScanner but it would be nice to see the correct value
