Another Postfix Question

Again, I'm a postfix newbie from the sendmail world :)

Sporadically, I'm seeing something like this in my logs and am not quite
sure what it means:

Jul 29 21:33:46 avenger postfix/smtpd[26727]: disconnect from
mta237.brandfeatures.com[64.192.118.237]

Jul 29 21:33:47 avenger MailScanner[26705]: Could not open file
>/var/spool/postfix/hold/26705/EF4DD336C035.ED194.header: No such file or
directory 

Jul 29 21:33:47 avenger MailScanner[26705]: Cannot create + lock headers
file /var/spool/postfix/hold/26705/EF4DD336C035.ED194.header,
