Bogus MS 'critical update' - PANIC OVER

Duh - this was picked up by Outlook from a third party mail server, but due
to a rules error on my part it ended up in the wrong inbox folder and I
didn't notice that it didn't come through our server. 

I have just sent myself an .exe and it was blocked.

Getting another strong coffee right now...
