How do i minimize logging when mailscanner restarts itself?

Ugo,

Usually you're right on but I can't let you get away with this one even if
it is late on a Friday :)

Default is 
Restart Every = 14400
14400 seconds / 60 = 240 minutes / 60 = 4 hours.
