That Thunderbird / Mozilla Mail bug was fixed ages ago:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196749

It is a BAD idea to be able to add headers to messages indictating that
they are ham, not spam.  If you don't understand why, imagine thousands
of spam emails flooding your inbox just because they contain the magical
header (which they all would, if such an exploit were possible).
