a) 100% sure the information is verified and valid
b) There is no misleading of complicated information in there, or even
contradictory things.

Some wikis allow you do export their Data to PDF. But you as a perl Guru could
easily write a screen scraper with WWW::Mechnize and then convert it to PDF
over a Latex template? or PDF::API2 or so?
