How to investigate timeouts?

Um, that's not MS at all.... Just postfix reporting a remote (sender)
behaving badly. It's not clear to me if you are accepting a message
from that, or if you are seeing more than one messages from the same
sender, one going through and one timing out.

One possible reason for this kind of thing is that you (or someone
else) have a firewall "in between" that "cuts" the connection
prematurely... or some more idiotic spammer foolery.

Not really an MS issue, and perhaps not even _your_ issue;-).
