I did a search in maillog for 'timeout' and came up with quite a few
like this:

Jul 17 08:12:37 destiny postfix/smtpd[5719]: timeout after DATA from
unknown[210.124.232.177]
Jul 17 08:12:37 destiny postfix/smtpd[5719]: disconnect from
unknown[210.124.232.177]
Jul 17 08:12:37 destiny postfix/cleanup[5721]: 7867F3E4011: hold: header

It doesn't seem to be bayes, but any ideas what may be causing that
timeout?
