I had changed the permissions of the map file to 777.

The permissions for the /var/dcc is:
drwxr-xr-x	root	root

Should it be:
drwxrwxr-x	?

The only permission that I know thus far is 777 and I try to avoid using
it or I would try drwxrwxr-x.
