Someone in the USA with a printer? I need a quick favour

My acrobat is set to reduce to fit, and it just leaves a little 
whitespace around the edges. And except for the top picture, it looks 
great on a Color Laserjet.

But on another subject, what is that ruleset editor on the last 
screenshot on page 2? Is that also from Mailwatch?
I might just have to give Mailwatch a go!
