Depends where you whitelist....

If you look at the MailScanner.conf file (or it's documentation at
http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailscanner/man/MailScanner.conf.5.html)
you will see lots of places where rule files can be used. Here you can
do all sorts of things including whitelist style things. It depends on
what you want to stop for certain users/ip-addresses/ranges.
