Special mail handling

For the "GUI release" you could perhaps use MailWatch (and then look
at USER_FILTERS perhaps, if you want "sectioned admin").

It perhaps wouldn't be infeasible to dream up an automatic quarantine
or notif handler for the rest. Perhaps not really worth the effort:-).
