Special mail handling

MailScanner can't do this at the moment. It is quite possible it could
be done with a Custom Function, but it wouldn't be trivial to write.

I have a policy that MailScanner doesn't mess with a message more than
it really has to.

I will look into implementing it, as it is a good idea! Just not one
that anyone much has asked for before.
