Forwarded messages lose their attachments.

When I forward a message from a yahoo account for instance, it send the forwarded message as an attachment which mailscanner takes out. When I look at the header, Mailscanner says its infected but its not. I tried this from different emails and different messages with the same results. Does anyone have any ideas? The subject includes {blocked content}
