Touch wood, sacrifice a chicken and check my karma quota.... yeh gotta
maintain the hardware too :-/  It's our equipment but in a hosting facility
with reasonably clued-in on-site ops.  No problems with the hardware for the
last 2 years.  So far so good.

(I've just jinxed myself haven't I?!)
