Loosing mail after upgrading from 4.35 to 4.37.7

Sorry, what I mean is <files>, setting the parameters to an external file.  Ex.
/etc/MailScanner/rules/nonspam.action.conf and
/etc/MailScanner/rules/spam.action.conf. Just tried to save som space :)
