Updated spamassassin to version 3

disable the ALL_TRUSTED ruleset that comes with SA 3.x. It can drop the 
scores too low and alot of people on the SA-user list have trouble with it.

edit spam.assassin.prefs.conf

score ALL_TRUSTED 0
