SpamAssassin not being used by MS 4.37.7-1

Start by checking that MailScanner is actually running at all, and also
that you aren't running your old sendmail setup, which won't put
anything in /var/spool/mqueue.in.
Do a "tail -f /var/log/maillog" and see if MailScanner is saying anything.
