MailScanner and SpamAssassin 3.0.2 - AutoWhiteList not working

Yes, known problem. Switching off AWL in MailScanner.conf no longer
appears to work, it hasn't ever worked with SA3, and I haven't been able
to track down why. Not yet, anyway.
