Do you archive mails? Perhaps to a mailbox?

Since the upgrade i see strange behaviors, some mails marked as

This seems to be a &#8220;new&#8221; behavior, maybe inline with
the change to &#8220;Archive Mail&#8221; and unique message-ids ?!?
