for different mail queues that are seperate...  under *very* rare
situations a site may want multiple queues with multiple priorites and
multiple rules for each queue.  MS can do 1 queue (unless i am
completely wrong) w/ multiple rules.  like a multi-homed server with
oodles of IP addresses all having their own Sendmail instance and
queue priorites and such.

i know this sounds insane but i've done this and works well.

i'm sure i'll be flamed for saying this.  :)
