MS stops to work after the update.

fedora core 3, sendmail 8.13.1-2, flock (or posix)
update  ...  -> MailScanner-4.38.9-1 -> MailScanner-4.39.4-1

after the update i get this warnings
$ mail root
Subject: flo/po
ck/six
.
Cc:
$ WARNING: RunAsUser for MSP ignored, check group ids (egid=500, want=51)
can not chdir(/var/spool/clientmqueue/): Permission denied
Program mode requires special privileges, e.g., root or TrustedUser.


# ll  /var/spool/ | grep mq
