Nested sendmail queues still broken?

It only supports split incoming queues, it doesn't support this type of
split outgoing queues. If you want more than 1 outgoing queue then use a
ruleset to choose an outgoing queue, and make sure you are running a
queue-runner on all your outgoing queues.
