Feature Request: Random Footer/Rulesets

Hi All,

We've got a customer who has, for marketing purposes (heh what other
kind of management could ever want this) requested that we provide
them with a footer which randomly rotates between multiple possible
footers.

I guess being able to enter a directory in the ruleset would probably
be the easiest way to do it, with MailScanner randomly picking up any
one of the files in the directory as the footer.

Julian, if you would be so kind as to consider this as a new feature
to add, I'm certain they could be easily convinced to help make a dent
in your Amazon wishlist :)
