MS encoding email bodies?

I figured but could not test.

Maybe it is nothing to do with MailScanner. I hope I am not wasting the
list's time. However, I do not think I changed anything else on the server.

Luckily the forum is in testing at the moment but the launch is in a couple
of weeks.
