High Spec Machines

        Yes, all of my P4 Xeon's do that.  /proc/cpu reports 4 CPU's, and top
reflects all 4 existing also, even though I do know it's only a dual
processor machine.

        Here's one of our dual P4 Xeon's, running Slackware:
