Mailscanner Problem with Microsoft Outlook ?

Hi,
When i switch on the debugging mode.. I get the following mesg,

Starting MailScanner...
In Debugging mode, not forking...
Stopping now as you are debugging me.



And after this I am getting the command prompt..

Can someone advice?
