hide information from header

hi everyone,

is there a way to hide internal information in mailheader with mailscanner ?

in wanna replace internal domain and ip with a dummy like:

bad:
Received: from mta.internal-domain.lan (name.domain.de [165.11.12.13]) by relay.domain.de with ESMTP id...

good:
Received: from internal-mta by relay.domain.de with ESMTP id... 

ive tried some settings in sendmail itself but im not that freak configuring
sendmail so it doesnt work
