phishing detection bug

when a user mixes up their anchor text vs. href, mailscanner is not closing
out its "before" tags, making the rest of the messge red.  below is a
before and after.

before:
before&nbsp;<a href="link">http://www.emich.edu</a> after<br>

after:
before&nbsp;<a href="link"></b></font><font color="red"><b>MailScanner has
detected a possible fraud attempt from "link" claiming to be
http://www.emich.edu</a> after<br>

Is there a Message.pm that already addresses this?
